My crime-solving skills were put to the test at a new, immersive exhibit called, CSI: The Experience, located at Discovery Times Square in New York City. Playing the role of a crime scene investigator, I was challenged to solve three murders with the use of 15 lab stations, and guided by videos featuring cast members of the TV show CSI, as well as real-life forensic scientists. In my quest to crack the case, I used fundamental scientific principles, numerous scientific disciplines, and the most advanced technology and techniques applied today by crime scene investigators and forensic scientists.

With clipboard in hand, I was dispatched to the first crime scene - a late model Ford crashed through the wall of someone's TV room. There's a dead body behind the cracked windshield and blood spatter on the hood. I carefully made notations on the supplied evidence sheet, and after examining the scene, proceeded to the lab stations devoted to matters like tire treads, footprints and fingerprints, hairs and fibers, blood and DNA analysis.
